Why You'll Love Working Here Competitive hourly pay Monthly bonus opportunities based on store performance Great hours — most stores open 9AM–6PM; many closed Sundays Earned Wage Access available after day 2 Employee discounts starting day one Medical, Dental, Vision, Life & supplemental benefits (eligibility required) Vacation & Sick/Personal time based on tenure and applicable state/local requirements 401(k) auto-enrollment after 6 months (age requirements apply) Tuition reimbursement opportunities for eligible employees What You'll Do Lead all aspects of daily store operations Deliver exceptional customer service and promote a customer-focused culture Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop team members Drive sales, loan, and profitability goals Analyze business results and implement action plans to improve performance Manage inventory, merchandising, and store presentation standards Oversee asset protection, cash handling, and operational compliance Monitor loan and buying transactions to ensure accuracy and integrity Build customer relationships and support new customer acquisition efforts Communicate goals, expectations, and performance objectives to team members Maintain product knowledge across a wide variety of merchandise categories Perform other duties as assigned What We're Looking For 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience 2+ years of management and customer service experience required Retail, sales, or multi-unit retail experience preferred Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills Experience recruiting, developing, and retaining talent Ability to analyze business results and drive performance improvements Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays Comfortable working with a variety of merchandise (firearms in FFL locations; certification provided) Strong customer service and communication skills Basic computer and point-of-sale system proficiency Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multi-tasking abilities Willingness to assist customers or retrieve merchandise from exterior areas Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply Bonus Information Store Managers are eligible for monthly bonus opportunities based on overall store performance.
