Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and patient-focused Phlebotomist to join our Patient Service Center team in Fort Worth. In this role, you will collect blood specimens while delivering a positive patient experience and ensuring accuracy, safety, and compliance with established procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections on patients of all ages

• Verify patient identity and ensure proper specimen labeling

• Prepare and process specimens for transport

• Maintain accurate documentation and follow all compliance standards

• Provide excellent customer service and ensure patient comfort

• Follow infection control, safety, and quality assurance protocols

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Minimum of 1 year of phlebotomy experience required

• Phlebotomy certification preferred (NHA, ASCP, CPT, etc.)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-facing environment

• Knowledge of medical terminology and specimen handling procedures

Schedule

• Monday-Friday daytime shift

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
