- Up to $26,000 bonus potential monthly: Averaging $1,000 monthly, with the potential to earn up to $2,000.

- $1,800 guaranteed 401k contributions annually: With additional opportunities based on earnings.

Driving Dunkin' Forward - Managerial Responsibilities
Our managers play a pivotal role in keeping Dunkin' running smoothly. Responsibilities include:
- People development: Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team.

Qualifications To Lead Dunkin'
To qualify for this position, you must:
- Have at least 3 years of restaurant management experience (3-5 years preferred).
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Hold a high school diploma or GED/equivalent.
- Possess flexibility in scheduling based on business and team needs.
- Quick service restaurant experience is preferred, but not required.
- ServSafe certification is preferred, but not required.
