Now looking for: Furnace Operator Location: Mentor, OH Schedule: 1st shift MondayFriday, 6am - 2:30pm Pay: $16.00/hour What Youll Do: Load and unload saggers, cores, and firing blocks into and out of furnaces. Program and operate furnaces according to Core-Tech Inc and customer specifications. Maintain product traceability and accurate records. Use precision measuring tools like calipers and micrometers. Conduct MOR and Key evaluations to ensure quality standards are met. Follow written and verbal instructions carefully to ensure smooth operations. What Were Looking For: High School Diploma/GED preferred but not required. Basic math skills and ability to read instructions. Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn. Good record-keeping skills and ability to maintain product traceability.
