Sales Productivity Specialist 3

The Sales Productivity Specialist 3 role is designed to support and enhance the operational processes related to device programs and commercial readiness efforts. This position is integral to managing loaner and seeding programs, enabling demand forecasting, and coordinating inventory and supply chain execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field AND 2 years of experience in operations, supply chain, finance operations, or program management OR equivalent experience
• Strong background in supply operations
• Experience managing device, hardware, or inventory-based programs
• Familiarity with supply chain planning, forecasting, or logistics operations
• Experience supporting field or partner-facing programs
• Strong written communication and content management experience
• Program operations, supply chain coordination, demand forecasting, inventory management, financial and operational analysis, stakeholder management, written communication, and strong data fluency (Excel, Power BI, forecasting tools, CRM systems)
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of device loaner and evaluation programs (e.g., seeding, trials, field allocations)
• Support demand forecasting processes by analyzing historical usage, pipeline signals, and business inputs
• Act as key liaison between finance, supply chain, and program teams
• Own structured communications process for field sellers and partners related to device programs
• Track key operational metrics (inventory utilization, program participation, allocation efficiency)
