Bedside patient care position
-Epic experience required
-Every other weekend, every other holiday.
32 bed Med/Surg/Tele units
Average daily census of 17-22
1:5 patient ratio (1:6 during surg staffing) with nursing assistant support
Additional support from lightly assigned Charge Nurse (1:2 patient ratio)
