Job Description & Requirements Specialty: CT Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 09/28/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 10 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Job Opportunity – CT Technologist / Radiologic Technologist – Alaska Start Date: ASAP Location: Alaska Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: 4x10 variable shift with guaranteed 70 hours per two-week period. On-call coverage required overnight every 2-3 nights. Float responsibilities include X-ray coverage as needed. Highlights: Perform both CT scans and X-ray examinations across multiple patient care settings including emergency department, inpatient, and outpatient services Work with diverse patient populations spanning all age groups from neonates to geriatrics Utilize Epic EMR system for charting and documentation Basic CT procedures including angiography, multiplanar reconstruction, and vascular CTA Facility-provided housing (1-bedroom apartment) and company vehicle included during assignment Community hospital setting with cross-training opportunities in radiologic imaging Requirements: ARRT (R) - Radiography certification required ARRT (CT) - Computed Tomography certification required BLS certification preferred Fluoroscopy permit preferred Minimum 2 years of experience required; previous travel experience required (first-time travelers not accepted) Competency in IV starts, contrast media administration, and PACS systems Valid driver's license and proof of insurance with rental car coverage required Must reside at least 50 miles from facility location Must provide two professional references covering one year within the last three years Why It's a Great Opportunity: This position offers a unique opportunity to practice in a scenic Alaskan community while expanding your skill set across multiple imaging modalities.
