About the Role

As a CNA at Independence Manor Care Center, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate and personalized care to our residents. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and assisting with daily living activities
• Assisting with vital signs, medication management, and other clinical tasks as needed
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care
• Collaborating with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Supporting the emotional and psychological well-being of our residents
