Extruder Operator

Night Shift Manufacturing Extruder Operator We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Manufacturing Extruder Operators to join our production team. This position is responsible for operating extrusion machinery used in the manufacturing of industrial hoses while ensuring product quality, proper machine setup, and adherence to safety and production standards. Location: Pleasant Prairie, WI Schedule: Monday Thursday, 7:00 PM 7:00 AM Pay Rate: $15.25/hr + $1.00 attendance incentive Responsibilities: Operate and monitor extrusion machinery during the manufacturing process Set up machines according to production specifications Adjust machine settings, including temperature, speed, and material flow Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards Perform basic troubleshooting and minor machine adjustments Record production data and complete required documentation Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all company safety policies and procedures Work closely with supervisors and quality control to meet production goals Requirements: Previous manufacturing or extrusion experience preferred Basic mechanical knowledge Ability to read measuring tools such as calipers, tape measures, and gauges Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to stand for extended periods Strong attention to detail and quality Reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Contact Information To apply or learn more about this opportunity, please give us a call at: View phone number on click.appcast.io or visit our office located at: 7507 41st Avenue, Suite A Kenosha, WI 53142 Midway Staffing offers a comprehensive benefits package offering Medical, Dental, Vision and Life/AD&D benefit options to all eligible employees.
