Strategic CFO ESOP Construction Finance Leader
Moss Utilities
Moss Utilities is seeking a strategic Chief Financial Officer to lead all finance, accounting, and treasury activities for Moss Utilities and related entities in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. The CFO will partner with executive leadership and the board to drive financial planning, reporting, and controls while managing ESOP matters and acquisitions.
The role reports to the President, with responsibility for WIP, bonding, tax planning, and risk management across multiple entities.
