What You'll Do

As a Virtual Customer Benefits Representative, you'll help prospective and existing clients understand their available insurance options and maintain professional relationships.

Customer Service & Client Communication

• Connect with company-provided warm leads and existing clients.

• Schedule and conduct virtual appointments through Zoom and phone.

• Ask questions to understand individual and family financial-protection needs.

• Build professional relationships through clear, responsive communication.

What a Typical Remote Workday Looks Like

Your daily responsibilities may include:

Client Outreach: Contact interested individuals, respond to inquiries, confirm appointments, and conduct follow-up.
