Job Summary and Requirements: Provide visionary leadership and oversight to ensure a safe, positive, and high-performing learning environment that supports students’ academic achievement and social-emotional development. Supervise and evaluate staff, implement district policies and school improvement plans, oversee curriculum and instructional practices, manage budgets and resources, support student discipline and restorative practices, respond to crises, and foster strong partnerships with families and the community. Lead school-wide initiatives, facilitate professional development, and ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. The position requires the ability to remain emotionally stable, exercise sound judgment, and maintain professional composure in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple responsibilities and responding appropriately to student needs and unexpected situations. The role also requires the ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods; move throughout the classroom and school; and lift and carry materials or equipment weighing 20 pounds or more as needed. Qualifications: Valid teaching license/certificate. Prefer relevant teaching experience. Compensation and Benefits: Salary is based on experience and certification.
