DELIVERY DRIVER PAY & FINANCIAL BENEFITS

Starting Pay: $21.50/hour

Scheduled Pay Raises
Know when your next raise is coming! Your first scheduled raise is at just 6 months, increasing your pay to $22.00/hour.

Guaranteed 10-Hour Pay
After completing your probationary period, eligible drivers receive 10 hours of guaranteed pay—even when you finish your route early. Work efficiently, get done early, and still receive your guaranteed hours.

Up to $125 in Weekly Performance Bonuses
Great performance gets rewarded! Eligible drivers can earn up to an additional $125 every week through our performance bonus program.

Up to $1,000 Annual Retention Bonus
We value employees who stay and grow with PAKS. Eligible drivers can earn up to $1,000 each year through our annual retention bonus program.

Optional Overtime Opportunities
Want to earn more? Additional overtime opportunities may be available for employees looking to pick up extra hours.

WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A DELIVERY DRIVER

As an Amazon Delivery Driver with PAKS Logistics, you'll spend your day on the road delivering Amazon packages to homes and businesses throughout Northwest Ohio.

You'll operate a company-provided delivery van, use Amazon's handheld technology for navigation and deliveries, provide excellent customer service, and make sure packages reach customers safely and on time.

This is an active, independent, fast-paced position that's a great fit for people who enjoy staying busy, working on the road, and taking pride in getting the job done.

Qualifications

Qualifications: All Delivery Drivers must:

• Must be 21 years or older
• Valid driver's license
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Ability to pass a 7-year background check
• Acceptable motor vehicle record
• Ability to pass a pre-employment 4-panel drug screen
• Reliable, safety-focused, and customer-oriented
• Lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds multiple times throughout the day
• Stay on your feet for 8–10 hours per shift
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions
