We are proud to serve clients nationwide and are now licensed in nearly all 50 states.Position Summary:We are seeking a Staff Engineer and a Project Engineer to join our growing team in Loveland, CO. This is a hands-on role with the opportunity to contribute to a wide range of engineering projects - from residential foundation repairs and custom retaining walls to power transmission infrastructure, bridge and culvert design, structure lifting, and slope stabilization.You'll gain real-world experience across commercial, industrial, municipal, and energy sectors, working on everything from pedestrian bridges, light pole bases, and metal building foundations to forensic evaluation of damaged structures and deep foundation systems for substations and pipelines. No two projects are the same - and that's what makes this role both challenging and rewarding!Key Responsibilities:Assist in the design and analysis of structural and foundation systemsPrepare engineering calculations, technical reports, and construction documentsConduct site visits and field inspections to support active projectsCollaborate with senior engineers, project managers, and field personnelEnsure compliance with applicable building codes, specifications, and standardsSupport load testing and design evaluations for a variety of engineered systemsRequired Qualifications:Bachelor 's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master's Degree a plus)Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification preferred0-4+ years of engineering experience (more is great too)Field experience with construction projects is a plusWorking knowledge of AutoCAD and structural analysis tools (e.g., RISA 3D)Strong written and verbal communication skillsAbility and willingness to travel for site visits and project support up to 15% of the timeWhy Join Magnum Geo-Solutions?Exposure to a wide variety of challenging and rewarding projects, locally and nationally.
