What You’ll Do as a Shift Manager:

You’ll lead every shift to deliver Quality, Service, and Cleanliness at the highest level.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading and motivating crew

• Ensuring Food Safety standards

• Managing inventory

• Monitoring safety & security

• Driving shift performance and profitability

• Training and developing team members

• Scheduling and internal communication

• Maintaining daily cleanliness standards

• Delivering exceptional customer service

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous leadership experience preferred (restaurant, retail, hospitality)

• Positive attitude

• Strong communication skills

• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment

• Flexible schedule

• 18 years or older
