DOCUMENTATION SYSTEM: CERNER AND INTELLIDOSE
PATIENT DIAGNOSES - Hematology and oncology, non-oncology: asthma/allergy, GI, rheumatology, MS, etc.
SPECIAL PROCEDURES/UNIT DETAILS - Port accessing, IV placement
CERTIFICATIONS - BLS- CHEMO (ONS/ONCC)- OCN (PREFERRED)- ONS CHEMOTHERAPY/IMMUNOTHERAPY
ORIENTATION: 3-4 SHIFTS WITH A PRECEPTOR
SCRUBS NOT PROVIDED, ANY COLOR OKAY!
