Job Title: Emergency Medicine Physician

Must-Have: Proficiency in intubations, central line placements, dislocation reductions, chest tube placements, trauma management, OB deliveries


Description:
This position requires a qualified Emergency Medicine Physician to provide care in high-acuity settings.
The physician will be responsible for the evaluation and management of all emergency cases.
Procedures regularly performed include intubations, central line placements, ultrasound utilization, obstetric deliveries, dislocation reductions, chest tube placements, and trauma management.
Physicians must be efficient and comfortable with a variety of emergency cases.
Physician staffing will consist of one Emergency Medicine Physician per shift at all facilities.
The average daily patient census varies by site, reflecting differing case loads and acuity levels.
There is no call requirement for this position, ensuring a predictable work schedule.
Support staff includes Advanced Practice Providers present at each site with varying coverage hours.
The emergency department sees a range of patient populations, including elderly and rural patients, with admission rates dependent on location.
Case logs may be required for credentialing purposes.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong clinical skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
