Quality Control Lab Technician

QC/QA Laboratory Technician (Contract) Location: Little Rock, AR Pay Rate: $21-$27/hour We are seeking a detail‑oriented QC/QA Laboratory Technician for a temporary role supporting quality control and laboratory operations in a manufacturing environment. This position plays a key role in chemical and physical testing, data analysis, and quality assurance to ensure products meet strict specifications and environmental standards. Key Responsibilities Perform routine QC sampling and composite analysis on a scheduled basis. Conduct chemical and physical testing using laboratory instrumentation and manual methods. Maintain accurate laboratory records, reports, and data tracking systems. Communicate test results and analysis updates to production teams. Support sample preparation and shipment to customers and external labs. Troubleshoot equipment and report any non‑routine issues or safety concerns. Maintain a clean, organized, and safety‑compliant lab environment. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required; science‑related education preferred. 6+ months of experience in lab, manufacturing, or production environments. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word). Strong communication, problem‑solving, and attention to detail. Ability to follow safety protocols and perform basic math calculations. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Comfortable working in a production/laboratory setting with safety equipment.
