Our client, a leading healthcare organization, is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join their team. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be part of the Care Technical Support department supporting patients and clinical teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate patience, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Customer Support Specialist Location: Pleasanton, CA (100% Onsite) Duration: 12+ Month Contract with possibility of extension or conversion Shift: 8AM - 5:30PM (Mon- Fri) Pay Range: $30/hr. - $33/hr. What's the Job? Handle incoming and outgoing calls from patients, providing technical support and assistance. Accurately log calls and enter data using prescribed tools and processes. Submit orders for replacement equipment and ensure proper documentation. Maintain confidentiality and handle patient information with care and professionalism. Collaborate with clinical, IT, and field teams to ensure seamless support and service delivery. What's Needed? Strong computer skills and familiarity with troubleshooting basic technical issues. Excellent listening and communication skills, with an empathetic approach. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry.
