CORNEA SPECIALIST POSTION WITH A PRIVATE PRACTICE IN LEXINGTON, KENTUCKY
This MD owned practice, with a large and tenured office staff, is searching for a replacement Cornea surgeon due to the current provider relocating. This is leaving an immediate need with great patient flow for someone to step in.
Guarnateed base salary of $285k-$325k, negotiable -Total compensation with bonus structure - $500k+ potential.
- Bonus calculated on Physiclan net collections - once exceed 2.5x base salary, receive 35% of net colections.
- Additional profit sharing buy inopportunity with ASCs for potential $50-$100k.
- 4% matching contributions into 401k
Eligible and available for practice buy-in after 2years
- 4weeks / 160 hours Vacation/PTO annualy.
