Location: Bloomingdale, IL

Pay Rate: $26.00/hour

Schedule: Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday

must be bilingual

Hours: 4:30 AM – 4:30 PM

WEEKEND ONLY

Responsibilities:

Lead and support production associates
Help ensure daily production goals are met
Monitor quality and safety procedures
Assist with training and coaching team members
Communicate effectively with associates and management
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment

Requirements:

Leadership or production experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Dependable and consistent attendance
Must have reliable transportation
Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
