As an Inventory & Logistics Technician at our Moses Lake test site, you will be responsible for performing various tasks that help us move more efficiently and test faster and safer. You will manage test stand inventory, perform shipping and receiving tasks, and help with various administrative and technician tasks across the site. You must be ready to stay focused, move fast, self-direct, and learn on the fly.ResponsibilitiesSet up new inventory locations by assembling racks, labelling bins, maintaining stockPerform regular stock audits to maintain accurate inventory quantitiesWork closely with engineers to keep inventory organized and ensure critical items are on handWork with vendors to place orders to keep inventory stockedPrepare shipments and receive deliveriesPick up items around Moses Lake when necessaryPerform administrative tasks on siteSupport Test Engineers and technicians with whatever tasks required to test quicker, safer, and more efficientlySafely operate forkliftQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent certificate2+ years of experience in warehouse or inventory role2+ years operating a forkliftProficient with safely operating a variety of hand and power toolsExcellent computer skillsAble to use their own car to pick up items around Moses Lake when necessary (mileage will be reimbursed)Willing to work outdoors for long periods of timeAble to stoop, bend, crawl, and lift up to 40 lbs. unassistedRigorous attention to detailHighest levels of organizationUnbeatable drive and ownershipAbility to leadAbility to followPassion for building something with high quality, willing to attend work with a positive and humble attitude, and willing to take ownership of large and small tasks to help the team be successfulBenefitsEquity – We know that our employees are the reason we succeed.
