Income Tax Associate

Job Overview A law firm seeks an Income Tax Associate with 4 to 7 years of experience for its Austin, TX office. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in corporate international tax planning and cross-border structuring, including complex acquisitions and global expansions. Duties Advise on corporate international tax planning and cross‑border structuring. Design and implement complex acquisitions and business combinations. Collaborate with other groups and clients on high‑profile matters. Integrate tax considerations within broader business structures. Requirements 4 to 7 years of experience at an Am Law 100 or Am Law 200 firm. Experience with M&A transactions is a plus. Strong academic background and excellent communication skills. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas. Skills Highly technical with the ability to collaborate effectively.
