At BAYADA, our I/DD Caregivers provide one-on-one care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them build confidence, strengthen everyday skills, and live more independently in the comfort of their own homes.

Compensation & Schedule

• Up to $19/hr.
• Flexible scheduling with a variety of shifts and locations
• Short commute times—we aim to place you within 30 minutes of home
  • Mileage reimbursement options available

What We’re Looking For in I/DD Caregivers:

• 1+ year of experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
• High school diploma or equivalent (18+)
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts and locations
• Reliable transportation and ability to drive clients to activities
• Willingness to travel between clients within your assigned area

What You’ll Do as as I/DD Caregiver:

• Provide support with daily routines and personal care
• Help individuals build life skills and maintain independence
• Offer encouragement, consistency, and meaningful companionship
• Support engagement at home and within the community
