About the Role
The Company is in need of an Interim Vice President of Emergency Medicine to lead a comprehensive turnaround of its Emergency Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for hands-on executive leadership, including the assessment of current operations, culture, and leadership effectiveness, and the identification of opportunities to enhance departmental performance. This role requires a focus on driving improvements in patient satisfaction, operational efficiency, quality, and patient flow through data-informed decision-making and sustainable performance improvement strategies. The Interim VP will also be tasked with evaluating and strengthening leadership structures, establishing clear expectations, and building strong partnerships with emergency physicians, nursing leaders, and frontline teams. Applicants for the Interim Vice President of Emergency Medicine position at the company must have a Bachelor's degree and an active RN license. The role demands a leader who can lead with a visible, action-oriented approach, and who is adept at engaging with staff to identify challenges and implement meaningful change.
