Child Life Specialist - Pediatric Palliative Care

Rochester Regional Health Home Care in Syracuse seeks a Child Life Specialist to support pediatric palliative care patients and families at home and in community settings. You will lead developmentally appropriate interventions, provide medical play, education, and grief support while coordinating with a multi-disciplinary team. The role requires a CCLS license, a Bachelor’s in a related field, and at least 3 years of experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
