PierceGray is an operator-led executive search firm for private equity and transformational business environments. We specialize in finding leaders for private equity backed environments, with long-standing relationships with investment firms like TPG Capital and Bain Capital. The business has been operating since 2006, and has served clients in nearly every industry sector in North America. The firm is made up of former leaders from Deloitte, ExxonMobil, GE, and Alvarez & Marsal and our broader organization consists of employees from all different backgrounds including consulting, search, and industry. We are industry agnostic with functional specialties in Operations, Finance, Sales, HR, and Technology roles. The Role At PierceGray, Executive Search Consultants partner with a team to executive all day-to-day search operations and client management activities. PierceGray follows a disciplined search process that assesses client needs, develops a comprehensive market strategy, and actively screens high-caliber individuals against functional requirements as defined alongside their clients. This resource would own the market insights for the search with responsibility in sourcing and assessing the initial candidate pool. Experience & Requirements 1-6 years of professional work experience Project management expertise: comfortable with hands-on project execution Team focused operator Excellent interpersonal skills and a self-starter, able to operate with limited oversight Analytical and computer skills.
