We are seeking a friendly, professional bartender who enjoys working in a lively, outdoor environment and providing exceptional service to visitors from around the country.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with resort standards
• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glassware
• Monitor guest behavior and ensure responsible alcohol service
• Handle cash register operations and process payments accurately
• Follow all safety, health, and sanitation regulations
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the bar and overall guest satisfaction

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous bartending experience preferred, especially in a hospitality or outdoor setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of drink recipes and proper mixing techniques
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
• Must be of legal drinking age and possess relevant certifications if required by state law
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
