Salesforce E2 Tech Lead

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:
- 8+ Years of Salesforce Experience with at least 3+ years in a Technical Lead role.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce platform development, architecture, integrations, DevOps, and Agile delivery, Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
- Able to lead team effectively in an onsite-offshore 24x7 model.
- Good SF AI knowledge and can bring about productivity improvements using AI.
Strong expertise in:
- Apex Classes and Triggers
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Aura Components
- Visualforce
- SOQL/SOSL
- Experience with Salesforce APIs, REST/SOAP Web Services, Platform Events, and Integrations.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications such as DocuSign, Conga, Outlook, MuleSoft, ERP, and other third-party
- Knowledge of Salesforce Security Model, Sharing Rules, Profiles, Permission Sets, and Governance Limits
- DevOps experience with GitLab, Salesforce DX (SFDX), and Copado CI/CD pipelines
- Drive solution architecture, code quality, release governance, and technical best practices through design reviews, mentoring, and oversight of development activities.
- Lead the resolution of complex production issues, perform root cause analysis, and guide long-term corrective actions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership for Salesforce AMS support, maintenance, and enhancement initiatives, ensuring platform stability, scalability, and performance.
- Manage team effectively in an onsite-offshore 24x7 model.
- Ensure SLA compliance, and handle critical escalations.
- Act as the backup to the Support Lead, supporting operational governance, stakeholder communication, and critical incident management.
- Collaborate closely with business, support, and development teams as a trusted technical advisor, driving continuous improvement and strategic platform enhancements.
- Drive service excellence through effective stakeholder communication, operational governance, and continuous process improvements.
- Drive usage of AI for significant productivity gains.
- Lead war room discussions for high-priority issues and ensure timely resolution.
Generic Managerial Skills, If any:
- Good command over English
- Ability to work in shifts
- Ability to work in 24x7 support environment
