Front Desk Receptionist

State of the art Cosmetic Dental Center seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to become a part of our great team! You will accommodate patients, as well as identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency.

• Pay: min$23-max$26 per hour
• Full time: 5 days a week, Saturdays are a must

Responsibilities

• Register and assign rooms to guests
• Confirm phone and online appointments.
• Respond to patients needs, requests
• Keep records of occupied treatment rooms and patients.
• Communicate pertinent patient information to designated departments

Qualifications

• Previous experience in dental or medical customer service, medical or dental front desk service.
• Ability to build rapport with guests
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
