Job Summary

The position to which you are applying is represented by a collective bargaining unit, Massachusetts Nurses Association (MNA). Schedule That Works for You

Full-time, part-time, per diem, and weekend opportunities available. Flexible scheduling based on your assigned territory and patient needs. Dedicated time for documentation, care coordination, and visit planning.

Territories

We are hiring Registered Nurses across Greater Boston and surrounding communities, including:

• Boston and surrounding neighborhoods
• Cambridge, Charlestown, Somerville, Arlington, Medford, and Malden
• Newton, Waltham, Wellesley, Weston, Needham, and Wayland
• Framingham, Natick, Sudbury, and surrounding MetroWest communities
• Quincy and surrounding South Shore communities

For clinicians traveling within Boston, city parking passes are available to help make travel between patient visits more convenient.

Qualifications

Current Massachusetts Registered Nurse license. Minimum 1 year of acute or sub-acute nursing experience required. Home care experience preferred. Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and adapt in dynamic environments. Comfortable with electronic documentation and mobile technology. Ability to travel within assigned territory.
