- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 7 years as a lead developer or development manager.
- Experience with development technologies, including Azure SQL, SQL Server, and Oracle databases.
- Proficiency in SQL and relational database concepts.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience in conducting complex systems analysis and translating user requirements into business solutions.
- Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio/.NET.
- Knowledge of ORMs, Entity Framework, and n-Hibernate.
- Experience with software systems dealing with complex financial business processes.
