We are a high-performing, family company looking to expand our team with people who have passion for the work we do and the humility to learn and grow with us.Job RequirementsProvide top-tier customer service and product information on the store sales floor.Perform all tasks as assigned, including cashiering, stocking shelves, receiving merchandise, processing shipments and store stocking, store cleanliness, sales, and operating equipment.Accurately and efficiently cash out on registers and maintain all cash at registers.Greet customers as they enter the store.Maintain department orderliness and cleanliness utilizing established standards found in Assigned Sections.Solicit customers to open an Aubuchon Rewards card.Work ExperienceHigh School Diploma or equivalent preferred.Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.Weekend availability preferred.Positive and professional attitude.Strong customer service and organizational skills.Ability to apply basic math concepts.Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.Ability to bend, climb, twist, and move merchandise as needed.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to process transactions efficiently using the register system.Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.; frequent lifting/carrying of up to 25 lbs.Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout shifts.Must be able to work in an animal-friendly environment (accommodations available upon request).Benefits401(k) with Match Program – Available Day 1PTO that increases with seniority!Wellness Program – Earn $300 annuallyTeam Member Assistance Program and FundDiscounted Pet Health InsuranceTuition Reimbursement ProgramTraining and Growth OpportunitiesTeam Member Discounts at all locationsCompany Discount Program for Tickets, Electronics, Vacations, and more!Pay ranging from $17.00 to $18.50 per hourThe Aubuchon Company is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
