Wobbly Boots Roadhouse is a staple at the Lake of the Ozarks, serving award-winning BBQ, hearty comfort food, and a fun, welcoming atmosphere for locals and visitors alike. For over 20 years, we’ve been known for our hickory-smoked meats, signature sauces, and outstanding hospitality. Whether it’s a busy summer weekend or a casual weeknight dinner, our team takes pride in delivering great food and great service every time.

What You’ll Do
Greet guests with energy, friendliness, and a welcoming smile
Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and specialty drinks quickly and accurately
Provide menu knowledge and upsell food and beverage options
Keep the bar clean, stocked, and organized during and after shifts
Monitor guest alcohol consumption and follow responsible service practices
Handle cash and card transactions with accuracy
Work closely with servers and the FOH team to keep service flowing
Build relationships with guests to encourage repeat visits
Who You Are
1+ year bartending experience preferred, but we’ll train the right personality
Outgoing, personable, and confident in a busy bar environment
Strong multitasker who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume service
Knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, and wine (or eager to learn quickly)
Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in Missouri
A team player with a great attitude and strong work ethic
