Overview
Licensed Practical Nurse – Long Term Care travel assignment in Florence, Alabama. Start date July 20, 2026 for 9 weeks. 36 guaranteed hours per week. Nights, 3 x 12-hour shifts (typical schedule 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM). Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility delivering long-term resident care. Weekly pay: $724-$735 per week.

Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered, following established policies and physician orders
- Conduct resident assessments and document changes in care needs for the supervising RN
- Provide and document direct resident care, including activities of daily living and comfort measures
- Monitor residents for adverse effects, respond to clinical changes, and escalate as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record and ensure proper handoffs at shift end
- Uphold safety, infection control, and resident confidentiality standards; participate in care planning and team communications

Requirements
- Active LPN license valid in Alabama
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
- 1+ year of clinical experience in long-term care or skilled nursing setting preferred
- Ability to work night shifts and meet the guaranteed 36 hours per week
- Ability to pass background check and standard screening measures
- CPR/BLS certification current or able to obtain prior to start
