Pay Range: $40 - $45/Hour on W2/C2C (All inclusive)

Role Descriptions:

Data Analyst
4-6 years
Snowflake SQL, SAS, MS-Excel,Tableau/BI
"- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data models and pipelines in Snowflake to support insurance analytics and reporting needs
- Write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets across policy, claims, underwriting, and customer domains
- Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/ Sigma BI for business stakeholders
- Translate business requirements into analytical solutions and deliver meaningful insights to support strategic decisions
- Perform data validation, quality checks, and reconciliation across multiple data sources
- Leverage statistical concepts (e.g., distributions, regression, hypothesis testing) to interpret trends and support reporting accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, actuaries, and business analysts
- Support migration and modernization initiatives from legacy systems (e.g., SAS) to cloud-based platforms
- Optimize query performance and ensure efficient data processing within Snowflake
- Document data processes, business logic, and reporting definitions"
