- Create an engaging, welcoming experience for every customer
- Help customers discover beauty products that fit their needs
- Drive sales through product knowledge and genuine customer connections
- Keep the beauty department organized, stocked, and visually appealing
- Support and motivate the beauty team to reach sales goals
- Learn about new brands, products, trends, and beauty techniques
- Build relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits
What We’re Looking For
- Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience
- Someone who enjoys talking to and helping customers
- A willingness to learn and grow in beauty
- Positive, confident, and self-motivated
- Comfortable working toward sales goals
- A team player who is ready to take ownership and lead by example
