For the 2026-2027 academic year (August through June), two full-time positions are available (32–37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday) working with grades 5 and 6. One role focuses on a Resource Room with a caseload of about 15 students, while the other is a Life Skills/Intensive Needs position in a self-contained classroom with three students and dedicated paraprofessional support. Both positions offer the chance to make a significant difference and expand your skill set in specialized environments.

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education Teaching certification
• Recent experience working with 5th/6th grade students or in similar SPED settings
• Ability to develop and implement IEPs effectively
• Compassion, flexibility, and strong communication skills
• Previous experience with autism spectrum disorders or intensive medical needs preferred (for Life Skills position)
