Job Title: Float Pool Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Stepdown/ICU Duration: Contract Shift: Varies Hours per Shift: Varies Experience: 2 years of Stepdown experience required; prior travel experience required License: Active Registered Nurse license Certifications: BLS & ACLS required Must-Have: - Floating required - Stepdown experience required; ICU experience preferred - Ratios: 1:5 to 6 Description: We are seeking a Float Pool Registered Nurse to join our team. This role requires floating between different units, including medical floor, stepdown/ICU, and surgical/oncology. The focus will primarily be on caring for stepdown patients, rather than heavy ICU patients. Experience in stepdown nursing is essential, with preferred experience in ICU settings. Familiarity with the Epic electronic medical record system is a plus. All RTO or schedule requests must be included upon submission. Complete demographic information is required for submission.
