Your Key Responsibilities

As a Senior in Financial Planning and Analytics, you will deliver complex FP&A and EPM projects, applying judgment and selecting appropriate methodologies to inform recommendations. You will coordinate with junior colleagues, meet performance objectives, and support client engagements. This role offers the chance to tackle complex issues, learn best practices, and grow professionally.

• Lead the effective management and delivery of financial processes, solutions, and projects.
• Ensure a focus on quality and risk management while driving continuous process improvement.
• Guide teams and supervise others to deliver complex technical initiatives.

To Qualify For The Role, You Must Have

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred (Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business)
• Minimum 2 years of combined industry and consulting experience in financial planning and analysis, with expertise in:
• Strategic planning, long-range planning, and annual operating planning (AOP)
• Budgeting, forecasting, and rolling forecast processes
• Financial modeling and scenario analysis
• Management reporting and business performance analysis
• Capital planning and investment analysis
• Strong FP&A functional background from corporate finance roles
• Consulting or advisory experience implementing FP&A transformations, process improvements, or EPM solutions
• Proven track record translating business challenges into improved planning and decision-making processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesable to deconstruct complex issues and leverage financial data to drive insights
• Experience working with EPM platforms is a plus, such as: Anaplan, Oracle EPM Cloud (PBCS, ePBCS, FCCS), OneStream, Tagetik, or similar solutions
• Understanding of how these tools enable FP&A processes is valued
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with executive presence
• Willingness to travel to meet client needs

Ideally, You'll Also Have

• Industry experience: FP&A, Financial Planning, Strategic Finance, or Corporate Finance roles in operating companies
• Consulting experience: Advisory, implementation, or transformation consulting in finance functions
• Both perspectives allow you to understand client pain points while delivering practical, sustainable solutions
• CPA, CFA, or MBA credentials
• Familiarity with technical concepts such as data integration, cloud computing, or system architecture
• Exceptional interpersonal skills that build trust and foster collaboration with C-suite executives and finance teams
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong executive presence

• We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you'll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $97,300 to $178,300. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $116,700 to $202,600. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
• Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
