Affiliate Program Manager

To support the growth of the affiliate program, the full-time Affiliate Program Manager will engage in creative outreach strategies to recruit potential affiliates, measure program success against KPIs, and collaborate with various departments, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities Measure success against affiliate program growth KPIs and metrics Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and leadership to develop ongoing affiliate recruitment strategies Create personalized strategies for existing affiliates' quarterly goals and targets Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent SaaS experience required 2-5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Agency Sales, Account Management, or Business Development Working knowledge of Social Media Management, Advertising, Website/Funnel Building, and SEO Strong technical aptitude to assist users with the software Familiarity with CRM systems and applications like Google Suite, Zoom, and social media platforms
