Registered Nurse - ICU

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse to provide specialized care for critically ill patients. The candidate will be responsible for delivering advanced nursing practices in a fast-paced environment, ensuring patient safety and optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients’ conditions and develop individualized care plans aligned with physician directives.
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures according to established protocols.
• Monitor and interpret vital signs, laboratory results, and patient responses to treatment.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and communicate progress.
• Document all patient interactions, treatments, and outcomes accurately in electronic health records.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and facility policies.

Qualifications:

• Valid California RN license uploaded via Nursys within the last 2 weeks.
• Minimum of 2 years of ICU nursing experience.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications with valid expiration dates, compliant with AHA or ARC standards.
• Ability to work night shifts (3x12 hours) and every other weekend.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
