Car Sales Trade Coordinator

Trade Coordinator – Vehicle Trade-Ins We’re looking for a detail‑oriented and proactive Trade Coordinator to join our Car Sales Shared Services team. In this role, you’ll be the go‑to expert for managing the vehicle trade‑in process. Location: Lakeside Campus in Maryland Heights, MO (2291 Ball Dr, Maryland Heights, MO). You Will: Track trade‑in vehicles from initial intake to final resolution Issue trade payoffs to financial institutions Obtain titles and lien releases to ensure smooth ownership transitions What We’re Looking For: Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Experience in administrative support or automotive industry preferred Team player with a customer‑focused mindset What You’ll Get: A full‑time position working 40 hours per week with a competitive starting salary of $43,900 ($21.11/hr) On‑the‑job training to provide you the opportunity to hone your skills or prepare for advancement A fun, collaborative team environment Flexible scheduling – Monday through Friday with start times ranging between 7:00am‑9:00am CST A career path with advancement and growth opportunities 20 paid time days off your first year (includes 6 paid holidays) Full benefits, 401K, profit sharing and great discounts Responsibilities Include: Act as the primary contact for administrative trade questions for assigned groups and communicate with branch personnel regarding missing or incomplete information Pull working queries for pending trade sales and apply data to tracking logs and trade logs with thorough documentation Assist with arbitrary deletes of trade unit numbers upon request Assist with “We’ll Buy Your Car” setup and payment process Title, Lien, and Documentation Management: Obtain titles and or lien releases from lenders, dealers, groups, and DMVs Maintain trade processes and lender contact information within the trade manual Financial Processing and Reporting: Issue trade payoffs to financial institutions, dealers, and other parties using the financial system Work monthly reports including balance sheet schedules to ensure payoff accuracy and cost schedules related to trade‑in units Submit required entries to the accounting team for processing Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, assigned groups, and external financial institutions Competencies: Working With a Team Customer Service Flexibility Results‑Oriented Detail‑Oriented Resilience Equal Opportunity Employer / Disability / Veterans Equal Opportunity Employer / Disability / Veterans Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma / GED / Equivalent required Must have two (2) years of customer service and/or administrative support experience Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office products (particularly Excel) required Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future Preferred Qualifications: Experience with vehicle titling Experience in the auto sales industry #J-18808-Ljbffr Enterprise Mobility
