Remote Billing Follow-Up Specialist

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Remote Billing Follow-Up Specialist to join New Paradigm Staffing, a growing healthcare staffing agency supporting remote billing and claims operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys research, problem-solving, and advocating for timely claim payment. What You’ll Do Review unpaid or delayed claims Contact insurance companies to obtain claim status Document all follow-up activity in billing systems Identify root causes of claim delays Coordinate with billing teams to correct errors or resubmit claims What We’re Looking For Strong persistence and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail Willingness to learn payer rules and workflows Why You’ll Love Working Here Fully remote position Mentorship and structured training Work that directly supports provider reimbursement Supportive team culture #J-18808-Ljbffr
