This full-time outpatient Physical Therapist position is based in Stockton, California, a centrally located city in the heart of the state's Central Valley. You will be responsible for accurate and timely documentation in the clinic's electronic medical record system, communicating with referring providers, and tracking patient outcomes to ensure progress and quality of care.Patient volumes are designed to support both productivity and quality, with reasonable scheduling that allows for thorough assessments and ongoing treatment progression. You may see a mix of adolescent, adult, and older adult patients, reflecting the diverse community served by the clinic. The facility is equipped with modern treatment areas, functional training space, and contemporary rehabilitation equipment to support a wide range of therapeutic interventions.Shifts are typically daytime hours on weekdays, with some flexibility based on clinic needs and patient demand. Required Qualifications

Physical Therapist, Outpatient Licenses: PT-CA Certifications: BLS(Copy Needed) SSN Required DOB Required References: 1 Reference in entire work history License and OP experience are required.
