Associate Director, Enterprise Team Human Resources Site Lead (Wilmington, DE)

Associate Director leading human resources strategy for a new state-of-the-art biotech manufacturing facility in Wilmington, Delaware. This role provides strategic HR partnership to senior leadership, developing talent strategies, organizational design, and people initiatives as the site launches in 2027.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic HR guidance and executive coaching to site leadership and senior teams
Develop and execute talent, diversity, and workforce planning strategies aligned with site vision
Lead organizational design, restructuring, and alignment activities supporting business objectives
Coach leaders through talent management, succession planning, and performance management cycles
Collaborate across HR functions and stakeholders to resolve issues and enable business strategy

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field
Minimum eight years progressive HR or related business experience
Demonstrated competence in HR functional areas with ability to influence and coach leaders
Data analytics and HR systems expertise to inform business decisions
Change management or organization transformation experience
Organization development experience in design, planning, or change management
Pharmaceutical manufacturing and supply experience preferred
