Maintenance TechnicianMain purpose of the Maintenance Technician rolePerform maintenance and repair on conveyor systems and associated componentsConduct scheduled preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment lifeTroubleshoot mechanical and motor electrical issues related to conveyor systemsUtilize CMMS or Google Sheets and related software tools to track and manage maintenance inventory parts, maintenance logs, and preventive maintenance schedulesCollaborate with other operation team members to improve equipment performance and safetyMaintain clean, organized, and safe work environmentRespond promptly to urgent maintenance calls during assigned shift and after-hours as neededStrong troubleshooting skills and technical aptitudeAbility to lift 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environmentExcellent communication and team collaboration skillsRequired Competencies:Preventive MaintenanceTroubleshootingDay to day repairs and maintenanceInventory ControlMinimum Qualifications:High school diploma or related trade industry certificationsMinimum 2 year experienceFamiliar with computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)A successful candidate works well in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
