Manager Infection Prevention

Job Overview The Infection Prevention Manager is considered an infection prevention expert. The Infection Prevention Manager is the direct supervisor for region-level infection preventionists and is responsible for day‑to‑day operations of the assigned infection prevention program. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Lab Sciences, Microbiology, Nursing, Public Health, or related health sciences field. National Certified in Infection Control - Certification Board of Infection Control and Epidemiology (upon hire). 6 years of quality and patient safety or other directly related healthcare experience. 4 years of infection prevention epidemiology. 4 years of progressively responsible leadership. Preferred Qualifications Master’s Degree in Lab Sciences, Microbiology, Nursing, Public Health, or related health sciences field. Salary The wage range for this position is $60.92 – $96.18 per hour. Placement will be determined based upon relevant job experience and applicable factors. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
