We’re looking for a stylist who wants more responsibility and who enjoys supporting other stylists. The Assistant Salon Manager will help manage daily salon operations, motivate staff, and maintain high service standards. Key Responsibilities Assist in managing daily salon operations and scheduling. Support and train stylists to achieve performance goals. Maintain high standards of customer service and quality. Help with inventory, supplies, and equipment management. Assist with payroll, weekly pay calculations, and commission tracking. Ensure compliance with state licensing and health regulations. Minimum of one year experience working as a stylist or in a salon environment. Strong leadership and people‑management skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
