Our premier structured credit practice is at the forefront of the industry, serving a diverse global client base that includes many of the largest asset managers and equity investors, as well as some of the most prolific CLO underwriters (major investment and commercial banks). In addition, our practice is consistently top ranked across industry publications, including Chambers and Partners and The Legal 500 US. Salary is $260,000+ commensurate with class year and experience. We are looking for: Prior experience with private credit, CLOs, fund finance, NAV-based facilities or subscription line credit facilities is preferred Excellent academic credentials
